Professional CD/MP3 DJ Work Station. This unit is

backed by a (1) year warranty. Prior to use, we urge that

you understand all instructions and features.

POWER: Plug in the power cord of the CDM-3610.

CONVERTIBLE PHONO/LINE INPUTS: The CDM-3610 has

CONVERTIBLE PHONO/LINE RCA INPUTS when

-Instant reverse for added effect

-Brake mode for vinyl-like stops

switched to the PHONO position (see below) you may

use any Turntable with a magnetic cartridge, remember

to connect your ground wire (see GROUNDING SCREW)

or there may be a system hum. When the switch is in the

LINE position you may connect any line level device as

described before (MP3, CD, Tape etc). Now you may plug

the RCA’s from your playable medium into each input to be

connected to their respective CHANNELS.

CONVERTIBLE LINE SWITCHES: These small switches al-

low you to choose between a PHONO (Turntable) input or

a LINE level (MP3, CD, Tape player etc..).and require the

proper switching.

Mixer Section-

MASTER RCA OUTPUT (UNBALANCED): The MASTER

RCA output connects the mixer to your main ampliﬁer us-

ing standard audio cables with RCA-type connectors.

RECORD RCA OUTPUT: RCA output jacks can be used

to connect the mixer to the record input of your record-

ing unit, thus enabling you to record your mix with RCA

cables.

MASTER XLR OUTPUT (BALANCED): Allows you to con-

nect balanced XLR cables to MASTER OUTPUT of the

CDM-3610 both the RCA and XLR outputs can be used at

the same time but are both controlled via the same MAS-

TER OUTPUT.

PRECAUTIONS:

1. Do not use this CD player at temperatures below

41°F/5°C or higher than 95°F/35°C.

2. The apparatus should not be exposed to dripping or

splashing, and no objects ﬁlled with liquids such as vas-

es should be placed on the apparatus.

HEADPHONE OUTPUTS: The HEADPHONE OUTPUTS lo-

cated at rear center and front center of the CDM-3610 will

accept any headphone with a standard 1/4” connector and

or adaptor and will allow you to CUE your music program

before you play it. Volume adjustment and PGM mix of the

HEADPHONE (see CONTROLS) below.

3. Place the unit in a clean and dry location.

4. Do not place the unit in an unstable location.

5. When disconnecting the power cord from the AC out-

let, always grasp by the plug. Never pull the power cord.

6. To prevent electric shock, do not remove the cover or

the bottom screws.

7. There are NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE.

MIC (MICROPHONE) INPUTS: The main MIC or Micro-

phone inputs are located at the back right-hand corner

and front panel of the CDM-3610 and will accept any bal-

anced and unbalanced XLR as well a standard 1/4” con-

nector. Gain control for the mic (See CONTROLS) below.

FUNCTIONS:

POWER: Turn the CDM-3610 on by pressing the POWER

button, pressing the CDM-3610’s POWER button a sec-

ond time will turn off the unit.

tinuously (after the last track, the unit will return to the

ﬁrst track of the disc and continue to play).

DISC TRAY: The DISC TRAY is where the CD is held dur-

ing loading, unloading and playback, and holds both 12

cm and 8 cm CD’s. (DO NOT FORCE THE CD TRAY TO

CLOSE. EXCESSIVE FORCE WILL DAMAGE THE CD

MECHANISM, USE THE OPEN AND CLOSE BUTTONS)

TIME: The TIME button switches the time display between

three available sources, these three are TIME ELAPSED

on the track, TOTAL REMAIN on the disc and REMAIN on

the track. TIME ELAPSED indicates how much time has

currently gone by since the play button was pressed, TO-

TAL REMAIN will count down the time remaining on the

entire disc and REMAIN counts down the time that is left

before the end of the track.

EJECT BUTTON: Pressing the EJECT BUTTON will open

or close the DISC TRAY. The DISC TRAY the will not eject

in PLAY mode.

PITCH: Hold the PITCH button to activate the PITCH CON-

TROL SLIDE. Press the PITCH button to switch between

4%, 8%, and 16% pitch ranges that can be controlled via

the PITCH CONTROL SLIDER. Hold the PITCH button

again to deactivate this mode.

JOG WHEEL: In SEARCH MODE the JOG WHEEL can be

used to search forward or backwards in the music track,

as well as for ﬁne adjustments to a CUE point in PAUSE

mode. In PITCH BEND mode the JOG WHEEL will func-

tion the same as the PITCH BEND allowing you to speed

up (FORWARD) or slow down (REWIND) the music clock-

wise being (FORWARD) and counter clockwise being

(REWIND).

PITCH CONTROL SLIDE: Moving the PITCH CONTROL

SLIDE up or down will change the pitch percentage +/ - 4,

8, or 16%.

JOG MODE BUTTON: When the JOG MODE BUTTON is

illuminated it indicates the JOG WHEEL is in SEARCH

MODE, and when not illuminated it indicates that the

JOG WHEEL is in PITCH BEND MODE. When blinking,

the JOG WHEEL is in SCRATCH MODE.

PITCH BEND: Pushing the PITCH BEND BUTTONS will au-

tomatically raise the pitch up to +16% or lower the pitch

down to -16% from the existing pitch setting. Releasing

the buttons will return the pitch to the original pitch set-

ting. You can use this function to match the beat when

mixing from one song to another.

DISPLAY: The DISPLAY shows the track number, pitch

value, pitch bend, single, continue (for continuous play),

play/pause modes, fast forward/reverse modes, loop

mode, reloop mode, PGM, repeat modes, the playback

display bar, and three different time displays. These

times displays are TIME ELAPSED on the track, TIME RE-

MAINING on the disc and TIME REMAINING on the track.

Time is measured in minutes, seconds and frames.

LOOP SECTION: A LOOP repeats the section between the

entry point (IN) and the exit point (OUT).

A. To set a loop while the unit is playing, start by press-

ing the IN BUTTON (it will light up)

B. When you reach the desired end loop point press the

OUT BUTTON (it will also light up). The loop will con-

tinue playing until you press the OUT BUTTON again

allowing the music to continue from that point on.

C. To re-engage the loop you must press the RELOOP

BUTTON.

D. When you have released your loop the OUT BUT-

TON will turn OFF and the IN BUTTON will remain lit

to indicate that your loop is stored in the CDM-3610

memory.

PGM: Allows you to create a set playlist. To program a

set list into the CDM-3610 memory, begin by stopping

the unit from play and pressing PGM to begin the set list.

Select a track by using the track selection rotary to scan

to the ﬁrst track to be placed in the set list. When you

have selected the proper track press PGM and the CDM-

3610 will be ready to set your next selection. Repeat the

previous steps until you have completed your play list,

then press play to begin the set list.

E. Pressing the IN BUTTON again while the unit is

playing will erase the previously saved loop while sav-

ing your new loop entry point.

F. Press OUT to exit the loop and save a new complete

loop.

G. Press RELOOP to return to the beginning of the pre-

viously saved loop from normal play. Press RELOOP

repeatedly to cause the loop to stutter.

REPEAT: Press the repeat button once to engage 1 or

repeat the selected track. Press REPEAT again to en-

gage the ALL setting, which will repeat all the tracks on

the CD. Press REPEAT again to disengage the repeat

function

NOTE: THE FIRST LOOP WILL HAVE A PAUSE AT THE EXIT

POINT, WHILE ALL OTHERS WILL BE SEAMLESS.

SINGLE: Pressing the SINGLE button engages SINGLE

mode, in this mode the CDM-3610 will play one song and

then stop. Pressing the SINGLE button again will then

causes the operation to change from PLAY to PAUSE or

from PAUSE back to PLAY. The PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON

remains lit when in PLAY mode, while it blinks in PAUSE

mode.

3-BAND EQUALIZER: The 3-BAND EQUALIZER adjusts

the tone of each CHANNEL by giving you a choice 3 fre-

quencies (BANDS) to adjust, from LOW, MIDRANGE (MID)

and HIGH’s, you can use the adjustment knobs to higher

or lower the 3 separate frequencies till the sound of the

music program is appropriate for your listening environ-

ment.

24 CUE: To set a CUE point, press the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON

while a ﬁle is playing and use the JOG WHEEL to locate

a desired CUE point. Pressing the PLAY/PAUSE BUT-

TON again will set a CUE point. While the unit is playing

and after the cue point has been programmed, pressing

CUE will cause the CD player to enter the PAUSE mode

(PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON blinks) at the programmed cue

point (the CUE LED is lit). Holding down the CUE but-

ton changes the function to preview, and allows you to

stutter start or play from the programmed CUE POINT.

Releasing the CUE button will return the CD to the preset

CUE point.

CHANNEL VOLUME FADER: After you have chosen which

input you will use with the INPUT SELECTOR the corre-

sponding CHANNEL FADER will allow you to adjust the

volume for that particular CHANNEL.

33 CHANNEL CUE SELECTOR: The CHANNEL CUE SELEC-

TOR allows you to choose which channel you wish to

monitor in your headphones, to the left is CHANNEL (1) to

the right is CHANNEL (2).

TRACK SELECTION ROTARY: The TRACK SELECTION

ROTARY allows you to select the next or previous track

by either turning it clockwise to go forward or counter-

clockwise to go back. Select the track desired by press-

ing the TRACK SELECTION ROTARY.

NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE SKIPPED TO ANOTHER TRACK,

YOU MAY NOT GO BACK TO YOUR PROGRAMMED CUE

POINT. YOU MUST BEGIN YOUR CUE SELECTION OVER

AGAIN, THE CUE WILL BE PRESET TO THE BEGINNING

OF THE NEWLY SELECTED TRACK.

CUE VOLUME ROTARY KNOB: The CUE VOLUME RO-

TARY KNOB adjusts your HEADPHONE MONITOR OUT-

PUT’S volume.

MICROPHONE VOLUME ROTARY KNOB: Allows you to

adjust the volume of the microphone signal.

MASTER OUTPUT ROTARY KNOB: The MASTER OUTPUT

rotary knob adjusts the volume of the MAIN MASTER out-

put.

BRAKE: To engage the BRAKE function, press the

BRAKE button, then press the PAUSE button to perform

the brake effect. To restart the song, press the PAUSE

button.

VU METER: The CDM-3610 has a stereo VU METER that

allows you to monitor the decibel levels of the LEFT and

RIGHT MASTER output.

38 FADER START BUTTON: The Fader Start function allows

you to start CD playback simply by moving the CROSS-

FADER from side to side.

REVERSE: When the REVERSE button is pressed, the ﬁle

that is currently playing begins to play in reverse mode.

A. Cue up the CD player you wish to start using the

Fader Start function

B. Move the CROSSFADER all the way to the opposite

side of the CD you have just cued.

28 SEARCH: The SEARCH feature allows the operator to go

forward or backwards in time on the current track as-

signed to that channel.

C. Press the FADER START SELECTOR button so that

the button becomes illuminated.

D. At the point in which you wish to start the audio

from the cued CD, simply move the CROSSFADER in

the direction of the cued CD player, and playback will

begin.

E. When the CROSSFADER is moved all the way to the

opposite side of the currently playing disc, the unit will

stop playing that disc and return to the beginning of

the track or the set cue CDM-3610 point.

MIXER SECTION:

CHANNEL INPUT SELECTOR: The CHANNEL INPUT

SELECTOR switches allow you to choose which input

will be controlled by that channels corresponding vol-

ume FADER. For example CHANNEL (1) INPUT SELEC-

TOR allows you to choose between line (1) (That sides

internal CD player), line (2) which is line input RCA (1)

and or PHONO (1) (if the CONVERTIBLE LINE SWITCH

is switched to PHONO) see above. The same applies for

channel 2.

CROSS FADER: The CROSS FADER allows you to mix

evenly from one source to another. The CROSS FADER on

the CDM-3610 is also removable and if the need arises

can be replaced. The RG-45 (RAILGLIDE™) DUAL-RAIL

CROSS FADER, which has internal dual stainless steel

rails that allow the slider to ride smoothly and accurately

CHANNEL ROTARY GAIN: The CHANNEL ROTARY GAIN

allows you to boost the signal of each individual channel

depending on how low or high its input level is.

FADER PLATE SCREWS

4. REPLACE THE FACE OF THE MIXER AND SCREW THE

FOUR SCREWS BACK IN AND REPLACE THE FADER

KNOBS.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

- If a disc will not play, check to see if the disc was loaded

correctly (label side up). Also check the disc for exces-

sive dirt, scratches, etc.

- If the disc turns but there is no sound, check the cable

connections, if they are ok, check your ampliﬁer or re-

ceiver.

- If the CD skips, check the CD for dirt or scratches. Do

not assume that the CD player is defective. Many CD’s

are recorded out of spec and will skip on most or all CD

players. Before sending the unit for repair, try playing a

CD that you are sure plays properly.

MEDAD: No use este producto cerca de medios acuáticos, como una bañera, un cubo de agua, un fregadero o un lavadero;

RIOS: No coloque el producto sobre un carrito, soporte, trípode, brazo o mesa. Podría caer y causar graves daños a un niño o

RLO: Si no se va a usar la unidad durante un tiempo prolongado, desenchúfelo de la corriente eléctrica.

- Si este producto lleva una clavija de corriente alterna polarizada (con un pivote más grueso que otro, tipo inglés), sólo entrará en una posición. Es una medida de seguri-

dad. Si no puede introducir la cla-vija en el enchufe, gírela. En ningún caso debe forzarse. Si sigue sin entrar, un electricista debería cambiar el enchufe.

- Si la unidad lleva una clavija con tres pivotes (el tercero corres-ponde a la toma de tierra), sólo entrará en un tipo de enchufe. Se trata de una medida de seguridad. Si el

enchufe y la clavija no son compatibles, un electricista deberá cambiar el enchufe. En ningún caso deberá forzarse.

RIENTE: Los cables de corriente deben protegerse para que nadie los pise ni corran el riesgo de pin-

zarse por elementos colocados encima o que los aprisionen. Debe prestarse especial atención al cable, al enchufe, a los extensores de cable

y al punto por donde el cable sale de la unidad.

RA DE LA ANTENA EXTERIOR: Si el producto lleva conectada una antena exterior o sistema de cables, asegúrese de que cuenta con

la toma de tierra correspondiente, a fin de proteger la unidad de variaciones de voltaje y cargas de electricidad estática. Existe docu-

mentación oficial acerca de la correcta utilización de la toma de tierra y de las medidas de seguridad pertinentes, conexión de los electrodos

de descarga y sus requisitos. Véase Figura B.

RAYOS: Como protección adicional del producto durante una tormenta eléctrica, o durante periodos prolongados sin usarlo, desenchúfelo

de la corriente y desconecte la antena o sistema de cables. De este modo se protegerá el producto de los daños que pueda producir la caída

de un rayo o las fluctuaciones de la red eléctrica.

S ELÉCTRICAS: Nunca debe situarse un sistema de antena cerca de líneas eléctricas u otros circuitos de corriente. Tampoco debe

colocarse en lugares donde pueda caer sobre dichos circuitos eléctricos. Al instalar un sistema de antenización exterior, debe tomarse la extrema precaución de no tocar

dichas líneas eléctricas, pues el mas minimo contacto puede ser fatal.

OBRECA

RGA: No sobrecargue los enchufes de la pared con ladrones o instalando enchufes múltiples, pues correría el riesgo de electrocución o incendio.

NTRADA DE OBJETOS O LÍQUIDOS: Nunca introduzca objetos de ningún tipo en el interior del producto, pues podrían tocar una parte eléctrica y cortocircuitar el

aparato, lo que resultaría en un incendio o descarga eléctrica. No verter nunca ningún líquido sobre el producto.

REPARACIÓN: No intente reparar el producto por cuenta propia, ya que abrir o retirar la carcasa le expondría a un voltaje peligroso u otros peligros. Diríjase siempre a un

centro de servicio técnico autorizado.

QUIEREN REPARACIÓN: Desenchufe el aparato de la corriente y diríjase a un servicio técnico autorizado si se da alguna de las siguientes situaciones:

- El cable de alimentación o la clavija están dañados.

SALIDA MASTER RCA (NO BALANCEADA): La

salida MASTER RCA conecta la mesa de mezclas a su

ampliﬁcador principal utilizando cables estándar de audio

con conectores tipo RCA.

PRECAUTIONS:

1. No utilice este reproductor de CD a temperaturas por

debajo de 41°F/5°C o superiores a 95°F/35°C.

2. Este aparato no debe exponerse a chorros o salpica-

duras y no deben colocarse objetos con líquidos como

por ejemplo jarrones, encima del aparato.

3. Coloque la unidad en un lugar limpio y seco.

4. No colocar la unidad en una superﬁcie inestable.

5. Al desconectar el cable de corriente de la toma de

pared, siempre cójalo por el conector. Nunca tire del

cable.

SALIDA DE GRABACION RCA: Los jacks RCA de salida

pueden ser usados para conectar la mesa de mezclas a la

entrada de grabación de su unidad de grabación, lo que le

permite grabar la mezcla con sus cables RCA.

SALIDA MASTER XLR (BALANCEADA): Le permite conec-

tar cables XLR balanceados a la SALIDA MASTER del

CDM-3610, ambas salidas, RCA y XLR pueden ser utiliza-

das al mismo tiempo pero están controladas por la misma

vía SALIDA MASTER.

SALIDA AURICULARES: La SALIDA DE AURICULARES

situada en el centro de la parte trasera y en el centro

del la parte frontal del CDM-3610 que acepta cualquier

auricular con conexión de jack 1/4” y/o adaptador facil-

itando la pre-escucha del programa antes de lanzarlo,

ajustando el volumen y el PGM mix en el auricular (vea

CONTROLES).

Seleccione una pista usando el selector de pistas para

buscar la primera pista de la lista. Cuando haya seleccio-

nado la pista correcta pulse PGM y el CDM-3610 estará

listo para la próxima selección. Repita los pasos anteri-

ores para completar la lista, luego pulse play para iniciar

la reproducción de la lista ﬁjada.

16 REPETICION: Pulse el botón repetición una vez para ﬁjar

1 o repetir la pista seleccionada. Pulse REPETICION de

nuevo para ﬁjar TODAS las canciones seleccionadas lo

que repetirá todas las pistas del CD. Pulse REPETICION

de nuevo para desactivar la función

ENTRADAS MIC (MICROFONO) : Las entradas MIC o

Micrófono están situadas en la esquina trasera y en el

panel frontal del CDM-3610 y permite cualquier jack XLR

y 1/4” balanceado y no balanceado. Puede controlar la

ganancia del micrófono (vea CONTROLES).

SINGLE: Pulsando el botón SINGLE se activa el modo SIN-

GLE, en este modo el CDM-3610 reproducirá una canción

y luego se para. Pulsando el botón SINGLE de nuevo se

activará el modo CONTINUOS provocando que la unidad

reproduzca de forma continua (después de la última can-

ción, la unidad vuelve a la pista primera y sigue reproduc-

ción).

FUNCIONES:

ENCENDIDO: Encienda el CDM-3610 presionando el

botón POWER, presionando el botón POWER de su

CDM-3610 una segunda vez la unidad se apagará.

10 BANDEJA DE DISCO: La BANDEJA DE DISCO es donde

el CD va alojado durante la carga, descarga y reproduc-

ción y permite discos de 12 cm y 8 cm. (NO FUERCE LA

BANDEJA PARA CERRARLA YA QUE UNA FUERZA EX-

CESIVA DAÑARA EL MECANISMO DEL CD, USE SIEM-

PRE EL BOTON DE ABRIR / CERRAR)

TIEMPO: Pulsando el botón TIEMPO conmuta el display

de tiempo entre tres posibilidades, estas tres son TIEMPO

TRANSCURRIDO de pista, TIEMPO RESTANTE de pista y

TIEMPO RESTANTE DEL DISCO. TIEMPO TRANSCURRI-

DO indica cuanto tiempo lleva esta canción desde que se

pulsó play, TIEMPO RESTANTE EN PISTA cuenta el tiempo

que falta para ﬁnalizar la pista el y TIEMPO RESTANTE

DEL DISCO cuenta el tiempo que falta para ﬁnalizar el

disco que suena.

BOTON EJECT: Pulsando el BOTON EJECT se abrirá o

cerrará la BANDEJA DE DISCO

JOG WHEEL: En MODO BUSQUEDA el JOG WHEEL

puede usarse para avanzar o retroceder en la pista, así

como hacer ajustes ﬁnos de CUE en modo PAUSA. En

modo PITCH BEND el JOG WHEEL funcionará como

PITCH BEND permitiendo incrementar la velocidad (AD-

ELANTE) o disminuirla (ATRAS) de la música moviendo

la rueda en el sentido del reloj (FORWARD) o a la inversa

(REWIND).

PITCH: Mantenga pulsado el botón de PITCH para activar

el CONTROL DESLIZANTE DE PITCH. Presione el botón

de PITCH para conmutar entre los rangos de pitch +/- 4%,

8%, y 16% que pueden ser controlados a través del CON-

TROL DESLIZANTE DE PITCH. Mantenga pulsado el botón

de PITCH de nuevo para desactivar este modo.

CONTROL DESLIZANTE DE PITCH: Moviendo el CON-

TROL DESLIZANTE DE PITCH arriba o abajo podrá cam-

biar el porcentaje de pitch +/ - 4, 8, ó 16%.

BOTON MODO JOG: Cuando el BOTON MODO JOG

está iluminado indica que el JOG WHEEL está en MODO

BUSQUEDA y cuando no está iluminado indica que el

JOG WHEEL está en MODO PITCH BEND. Cuando par-

padea, el JOG WHEEL está en MODO SCRATCH.

PITCH BEND: Pulsando los botones PITCH BEND se au-

mentará automáticamente +16% o se disminuirá el pitch

en -16% desde el ajuste existente. Soltando los botones

se vuelve al nivel de pitch original. Se puede utilizar esta

función para cuadrar el beat cuando se mezcla de una

canción a otra.

DISPLAY: El DISPLAY muestra el número de pista, valor

del pitch, pitch bend, single, continue ( en continous play)

play / pausa, rápido adelante / modo reverse, modo loop,

reloop, PGM, modo repetición, la barra de reproducción

y tres modos distintos de tiempo. Estos modos de ti-

empo son TIEMPO TRANSCURRIDO de pista, TIEMPO

RESTANTE en el disco y TIEMPO RESTANTE en la pista.

El tiempo se mide en minutos, segundos y fragmentos.

SECCION LOOP: Un LOOP repite la sección entre el punto

de entrada (IN) y el de salida (OUT).

A. Para ﬁjar un loop mientras la unidad está reproduc-

iendo, pulse el botón IN (se iluminará)

B. Cuando llegue al punto que desea ﬁnalizar el loop

pulse el botón OUT (también se iluminará). El loop

seguirá reproduciéndose hasta que pulse el botón

OUT de nuevo permitiendo que la música continúe

PGM: Permite crear una lista de reproducción. Para pro-

gramar una lista en la memoria del CDM-3610, primero

pare la reproducción y pulse PGM para iniciar la lista.

SELECTOR DE ENTRADA DE CANAL: El SELECTOR DE

ENTRADA DE CANAL le permite elegir que entrada va a

ser controlada por el correspondiente FADER de canal.

Por ejemplo el CANAL (1) SELECTOR DE ENTRADA per-

mite elegir entre línea (1) (CD interno de este lado), línea

(2) que es la entrada RCA (1) de línea (1) ( CD interno de

este lado), línea (2) que es la entrada RCA (1) de línea y /

o PHONO (1) (si el CONMUTADOR CONVERTIBLE LINEA

está en PHONO) vea sección. Lo mismo se aplica al canal

D. Cuando haya lanzado su loop el BOTON OUT se

apagará OFF y el BOTON IN seguirá iluminado para

indicar que su loop está guardado en la memoria del

CDM-3610.

E. Pulsando el BOTON IN de nuevo mientras la uni-

dad reproduce, se borrará el loop previo guardado al

guardar su nuevo punto de entrada de loop.

F. Pulse OUT para salir del loop y guardar un nuevo

loop completo.

GANANCIA ROTATIVA DE CANAL: La GANANCIA ROTA-

TIVA DE CANAL permite aumentar la señal de cada canal

individual dependiendo de que nivel de entrada sea.

G. Pulse RELOOP para volver al principio del loop

guardado para reproducción normal. Pulse RELOOP

repetidamente para tartamudeo.

ECUALIZACION DE 3 BANDAS: El ECUALIZADOR DE 3

BANDAS ajusta el tono de cada CANAL dando la opción

de 3 frecuencias (BANDAS) para ajustar, GRAVES, MEDIOS

(MID) y AGUDOS, puede usar este ajuste para aumentar o

disminuir las 3 frecuencias por separado hasta que el tono

del programa musical sea el apropiado para la escucha.

NOTA: EL PRIMER LOOP TENDRA UNA PAUSA EN EL

PUNTO DE SALIDA, MIENTRAS QUE TODOS LOS DE-

MAS SERAN SIN CORTE.

PLAY / PAUSA: Cada pulsación del BOTON PLAY / PAU-

SA causa el cambio de función de PLAY a PAUSA o de

PAUSA de nuevo a PLAY. El botón PLAY/PAUSA queda

iluminado cuando es PLAY, mientras que parpadea du-

rante PAUSA.

VOLUMEN DE CANAL FADER: Después de elegir que en-

trada desea con el SELECTOR DE ENTRADA, el corre-

spondiente FADER DE CANAL le permitirá ajustar el volu-

men de ese CANAL en particular.

CUE: Cuando la unidad está reproduciendo y después

de haber programado un punto cue, pulsando CUE el re-

productor de CD entrará en modo PAUSA (BOTON PLAY

/ PAUSE parpadea) en el punto cue programado (el CUE

LED se enciende). Manteniendo el botón CUE la función

cambia a pre-escucha y permite hacer tartamudeo del

punto cue o reproducir desde ese punto CUE. Al soltar el

botón de CUE la unidad vuelve al punto CUE preﬁjado.

SELECTOR CUE DE CANAL: El SELECTOR CUE DE CA-

NAL permite elegir que canal va a monitorizar por los

auriculares, a la izquierda es CANAL (1) a la derecha es

CANAL (2).

CONTROL ROTATIVO DE VOLUMEN CUE: El CONTROL

ROTATIVO DE VOLUMEN DE CUE ajusta el volumen de

salida de sus AURICULARES MONITOR.

SELECCION DE PISTA: Los botones de SELECCION DE

PISTA permiten seleccionar la pista próxima o previa ya

sea desplazándoles en el sentido del reloj para ir hacia

delante o hacia la izquierda para ir hacia atrás.

CONTROL ROTATIVO DE VOLUMEN DE MICROFONO:

Permite ajustar el volumen de la señal de micrófono.

NOTA: UNA VEZ SALTE A OTRA PISTA, NO PODRA

VOLVER AL PUNTO CUE QUE TUVIERA PROGRAMADO.

DEBERA EMPEZAR LA SELECCION DE CUE DE NUEVO,

YA QUE EL CUE ESTARA PRE AJUSTADO EN EL INICIO

DE LA SIGUIENTE CANCION.

CONTROL ROTATIVO DE SALIDA DE MASTER: El control

rotativo de SALIDA DE MASTER ajusta el volumen de la

salida de la señal MASTER.

VU METER: El CDM-3610 tiene un VU METER estéreo que

permite monitorizar el nivel de decibelios de las salidas

IZQUIERDA y DERECHA MASTER.

BRAKE: Para ajustar la función BRAKE, pulse el botón

BRAKE, luego pulse el botón PAUSA para reproducir el

efecto BRAKE. Para reiniciar la canción, pulse el botón

PAUSA.

BOTON DE ARRANQUE POR FADER: La función de ar-

ranque por fader permite iniciar la reproducción del CD

simplemente moviendo el CROSSFADER de un lado al

otro.

REVERSE: Cuando el botón REVERSE es pulsado, la

pista que se está reproduciendo en esos momentos em-

pieza a reproducirse en modo reverse.

A. Monitoriza el CD que quieras usar con la función

Fader Start

B. Mueve el CROSSFADER completamente al lado

opuesto al del CD que acabas de monitorizar.

C. Pulse el SELECTOR FADER START de forma que el

botón quede iluminado.

SEARCH: La característica SEARCH permite al operador

ir hacia adelante o hacia atrás en el tiempo de la pista

que se está reproduciendo asignada a ese canal.

RESOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS:

- Si un disco no suena, compruebe si el disco se ha car-

gado correctamente (etiqueta hacia arriba). También

compruebe que el disco no tenga excesiva suciedad,

rallas ,etc.

- Si el disco gira pero no hay sonido, compruebe las con-

exiones, si están bien compruebe su etapa de potencia

o ampliﬁcador.

- Si el CD salta, compruebe el CD de suciedad o rallas.

No asuma que el reproductor de CD es defectuoso. Mu-

chos cd’s están grabados fuera de norma y saltarán en la

mayoría de reproductores CD. Antes de enviar la unidad

a reparar, pruebe con un CD que usted sepa con seguri-

dad que funciona bien.

L’afﬁchage du temps s’effectue en minutes - secondes-

frames.

SORTIE MASTER XLR (SYMETRIQUE): permet un

branchement symétrique via cordons XLR sur la sortie

MASTER OUTPUT du CDM-3610. Les sorties XLR & RCA

peuvent être utilisées simultanément & sont contrôlées

par le potentiomètre MASTER OUTPUT.

PROGRAMME (PGM): Permet la création d’une playlist

(Programme de lecture). Mettez le CDJ-210 à l’arrêt (Pas

de lecture en cours), pressez la touche PGM aﬁn de démar-

rer la création d’une playlist. Sélectionnez les morceaux à

l’aide des touches de recherche de plage. Lorsque vous

avez atteint la plage souhaitée, pressez la touche PGM

& ainsi de suite. A l’issue de la sélection, appuyez sur la

touche play (Lecture) aﬁn de démarrer la lecture de votre

playlist.

SORTIE CASQUE: Le CDM-3600 possède 2 SORTIES

CASQUE situées au milieu en face arrière et au milieu

en face avant (Embase Jack 6.35mm). La sortie casque

vous permet de pré-écouter (CUE) votre musique avant

de la mixer. Vous pouvez régler le niveau et le signal

(PGM) de votre CASQUE (Voir REGLAGE).

ENTREES MICROPHONE: Le MICROPHONE PRINCIPAL

est situé en face avant et le microphone secondaire en

face arrière du CDM-3600. Les connecteurs sont de type

XLR (Symétrique/Assymétrique) & Jack 6.35mm. Le gain

est réglable (Voir REGLAGES).

REPETITION (REPEAT): Appuyez sur cette touche une fois

pour répéter la lecture du morceau en cours de lecture.

Appuyez une nouvelle fois aﬁn de répéter la lecture com-

plète du CD. Appuyez une dernière fois sur REPEAT aﬁn

de désactiver la fonction REPEAT.

FONCTIONS:

LECTURE SIMPLE (SINGLE): Appuyez sur le touche SIN-

GLE aﬁn d’activer le mode SINGLE, le CDJ-210 lira alors

la plage une fois, puis s’arrêtera. Appuyez une seconde

fois sur la touche SINGLE aﬁn d’activer le mode CONTIN-

UOUS (LECTURE CONTINUE): lorsque la dernière plage

sera lue, l’appareil reprendra la lecture à partir de la pre-

mière plage.

POWER: Lorsque vous avez effectué tous les branche-

ments, mettez le CDJ-210 sous tension en appuyant sur

la touche POWER, pour éteindre l’appareil, appuyez sur

la touche POWER une seconde fois.

TIROIR POUR CD: Permet le chargement, la lecture et

le déchargement de tout CD (Compatible 12cm/8cm).

(AFIN DE NE PAS ENDOMMAGER LES TIROIRS ET

LEURS MECANISMES, UTILISEZ SYSTEMATIQUEMENT

LES TOUCHES OPEN/CLOSE).

18 TEMPS (TIME): La touche TIME permet de modiﬁer

l’afﬁchage temps. 3 types d’afﬁchage sont disponibles:

- TEMPS ECOULE

- TEMPS RESTANT

- TEMPS TOTAL RESTANT

TOUCHE EJECT: Appuyez sur la touche EJECT pour

fermer le TIROIR ou l’ouvrir si l’appareil est en mode

pause. Le TIROIR ne peut s’ouvrir en cours de lecture

(Aﬁn d’éviter toute interruption involontaire de lecture).

REGLAGE DE VITESSE (PITCH): Maintenez enfoncée la

touche PITCH aﬁn d’activer la fonction réglage de vitesse.

Appuyez sur la touche PITCH aﬁn de sélectionner la plage

de vitesse +/- 4%, 8% & 16%. Utilisez le potentiomètre

linéaire (PITCH CONTROL SLIDER) aﬁn de modiﬁer la vi-

tesse de lecture. Maintenez la touche PITCH enfoncée si

vous souhaitez désactiver ce mode.

MOLETTE (JOG WHEEL): En MODE SEARCH (RECHER-

CHE) la MOLETTE permet une recherche rapide avant &

arrière, ainsi qu’une recherche précise aﬁn de caler un

point CUE en mode PAUSE. En MODE PITCH BEND la

MOLETTE permettra un ajustement temporaire de la vi-

tesse durant un calage. Dans le sens des aiguilles d’une

montre (FORWARD) vous accélérez la vitesse, à l’inverse

(REWIND), vous réduisez la vitesse de lecture.

POTENTIOMETRE DE REGLAGE DE VITESSE (PITCH

CONTROL SLIDE): Permet de modiﬁer la vitesse de lec-

ture à concurrence de +/- 16%.

TOUCHE JOG MODE: Lorsque la TOUCHE JOG MODE

est illuminée, la MOLETTE est en MODE SEARCH (RE-

CHERCHE), à l’inverse (Touche éteinte), la MOLETTE est

en MODE PITCH BEND. Lorsque la LED clignote, la MO-

LETTE est en MODE SCRATCH.

21 TOUCHES DE RATTRAPAGE (PITCH BEND): Les touches

PITCH BEND permettent de modiﬁer de façon instantanée

& temporaire la vitesse de lecture de +/- 16% en fonction

du réglage de vitesse en cours. Le fait de relâcher ces

touches permet de revenir à la vitesse de lecture en cours.

Cette fonction permet de caler 2 morceaux lors d’un mix.

ECRAN LCD: L’ECRAN LCD permet l’afﬁchage du nom-

bre de plages, la réglage de vitesse (Pitch), fonction pitch

bend, lecture simple ou continue, mode play/pause,

mode recherche avant/ arrière, boucle (Loop), retour à

la boucle (Reloop), PGM, mode répétition (Repeat), barre

s’éteint & la touche IN reste allumée indiquant la

présence d’une boucle dans la mémoire du CDM-

3610.

E. Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche IN aﬁn d’effacer

la boucle enregistrée & enregistrer un nouveau point

d’entrée (IN).

F. Appuyez sur la touche OUT pour enregistrer le point

de sortie (OUT) & enregistrer la nouvelle boucle.

G. Appuyez sur la touche RELOOP pour revenir au

début de la boucle. Vous pouvez créer un effet stut-

ter en appuyant de façon répétée sur la touche RE-

LOOP.

SECTION CONSOLE DE MIXAGE:

SELECTEUR DE SOURCE:LesSELECTEURS DE SOURCE

vous permettent de choisir la source assignée au ré-

glage de volume (FADER). Par exemple, le SELECT-

EUR DE SOURCE de la VOIE 1 vous permet de choisir en-

tre ligne 1 (CD interne), ligne 2 (Entrée ligne sur embase

RCA) &/ou PHONO (1) (Si le commutateur est en position

PHONO)(Voir ci-dessus). Fonction identique pour la voie

REGLAGE DE GAIN PAR VOIE: Le REGLAGE DE GAIN

permet de corriger, à la baisse ou à la hausse, le niveau

de chaque voie en fonction de la sensibilité de la source

utilisée.

NOTE: LA PREMIERE BOUCLE MARQUERA UN TEMPS

D’ARRET AU NIVEAU DU POINT DE SORTIE, ALORS

QUE LES AUTRES SERONT PARFAITES (SEAMLESS).

PLAY/PAUSE: Chaque pression sur la touche PLAY/

PAUSE permet de démarrer ou de mettre en mode pause

la LECTURE. La touche PLAY/PAUSE reste allumée du-

rant la LECTURE et clignote en mode PAUSE.

CORRECTIONS PARAMETRIQUES 3 BANDES: Les COR-

RECTIONS PARAMETRIQUES 3 BANDES permettent une

correction précise de la tonalité sur chaque VOIE. La

correction s’effectue sur 3 fréquences (BANDS): GRAVE

(LOW), MEDIUM (MID) & HAIGU (HIGH).

CUE: Lorsque l’appareil est en mode lecture & après

avoir enregistré un point cue, le fait d’appuyer sur la

touche CUE mettra le lecteur CD en mode PAUSE (La

touche PLAY/PAUSE clignote) au niveau du point cue

mémorisé (La led CUE est alors allumée). Maintenez la

touche CUE enfoncée aﬁn de pré-écouter le point cue &

créer un effet stutter permettant de démarrer la lecture

à partir de ce point CUE. Relachez la touche CUE aﬁn de

revenir au point CUE enregistré.

FADER DE VOIE: Après avoir sélectionné la source de

votre choix, réglez le niveau à l’aide du FADER DE VOIE.

SELECTION DE PRE-ECOUTE (CUE): La touche de SE-

LECTION DE PRE-ECOUTE (CUE) permet de choisir la

voie que vous souhaitez pré-écouter dans votre casque.

Le côté gauche concerne la VOIE 1 & le côté droit con-

cerne la VOIE 2.

TRACK FOLDER SEARCH (RECHERCHE DE MORCEAU/

FICHIER): le potentiomètre rotatif TRACK FOLDER

SEARCH permet de sélectionner le morceau/ﬁchier que

vous souhaitez lire. Il sufﬁt de tourner ce dernier dans

un sens ou dans l’autre et une fois sur le morceau/ﬁchier

désiré appuyez sur la touche.

NOTE : UNE FOIS QUE VOUS AVEZ ACCEDE A UNE

AUTRE PLAGE, VOUS NE POUVEZ PLUS ACCEDER AU

POINT CUE ENREGISTRE. DEVEZ ALORS ENREGISTR-

EZ UN AUTRE POINT CUE, LE POINT CUE SERA ALORS

AS SSOCIE A CETTE NOUVELLE PLAGE.

sur la touche FREIN (BRAKE) puis sur la touche PAUSE

aﬁn d’arrêter la lecture du morceau/ﬁchier.

DYSFONCTIONNEMENTS:

- Le CD n’est pas lu: vériﬁez que celui-ci a correctement

été chargé dans le tiroir (Le côté portant les inscriptions

doit être lisible). Vériﬁez aussi l’état de propreté et les

éventuelles rayures...

TOUCHE FADER START: Cette fonction permet de dé-

marrer la lecture d’un CD par simple mouvement du

CROSSFADER.

A. Préparer le point de démarrage de lecture du CD

(Point CUE) du côté où vous souhaitez démarrer la

lecture via la fonction Fader Start.

- Le CD tourne, mais aucun son ne sort: vériﬁez les con-

nexions, l’ampliﬁcateur, la console de mixage.

B. Positionnez le CROSSFADER du côté opposé au

lecteur sur lequel vous avez préparer le point de dé-

marrage de lecture (Point CUE).

C. Appuyez sur la touche FADER START SELECTOR,

celle-ci s’illumine.

D. Au moment désiré, ramenez le CROSSFADER du

côté opposé. Ainsi vous démarrerez la lecture via ce

simple mouvement du CROSSFADER.

E. Lorsque le CROSSFADER est positionné du côté

opposé à celui de la lecture en cours, l’appareil ar-

rêtera la lecture de cette plage et se mettra au début

de la plage ou sur le point cue (Si vous en avez en-

registré un).

-Le CD saute: Vériﬁez l’état de propreté et les éventuelles

rayures. Ne considérez pas que votre appareil est défectu-

eux. Beaucoup de CDs sont fabriqués sans tenir compte

des normes obligatoires en vigueur et ils fonctionneront

incorrectement sur tout lecteur CD. Avant d’envoyer votre

appareil en réparation, essayez avec un CD lu sur un autre

lecteur.

NETZBUCHSE: Verbinden Sie hier das Stromkabel des

CDM-3610.

UMSCHALTBARE PHONO/LINE EINGÄNGE: Der CDM-

3610 verfügt über

UMSCHALTBARE PHONO/LINE

CINCH EINGÄNGE. In der Einstellung PHONO (siehe un-

ten) verbinden Sie an den entsprechenden Eingang einen

Plattenspieler mit magnetischem Tonabnehmer und ver-

wenden Sie das Massekabel des Cinchkabels mit dem

Masseanschluss (siehe Masseanschluss) am CDM-3610,

um Störgeräusche zu vermeiden. Wenn der Schalter auf

LINE steht können Sie Geräte mit Line-Pegel anschließen

(z.B. CD/MP3-Player, Kassettendecks, etc.). Verbinden Sie

nach der Einstellung des Schalters das jeweilige Gerät.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN:

1. Setzen Sie diesen CD-Player keinen Temperaturen un-

terhalb 41°F/5°C und oberhalb von 95°F/35°C aus.

2. Das Produkt darf keinem Spritzwasser ausgesetzt

werden und es dürfen keine Objekte gefüllt mit Flüssig-

keit (etwa Vasen) auf dem Produkt platziert werden.

3. Stellen Sie das Produkt an einem sauberen und trock-

enen Ort auf.

4. Stellen Sie das Produkt nicht auf wackelige Ober-

ﬂächen.

5. Wenn Sie das Netzkabel ziehen, halten Sie es stets am

Stecker selbst und nicht am Kabel fest.

RECORD CINCHAUSGANG: An den RECORD-Cinch Aus-

gang können Sie ein Aufnahmegerät anschließen. Nutzen

Sie dafür ein Cinch Kabel.

MASTER XLR AUSGÄNGE (SYMMETRISCH): Hier kön-

nen Sie symmetrische XLR Kabel an den CDM-3610 an-

schließen. CINCH und XLR Ausgang arbeiten simultan

und werden über einen gemeinsamen Lautstärkeregler

geregelt.

KOPFHÖRERAUSGANG: Der KOPFHÖRERAUSGANG auf

der Vorder- und Rückseite des CDM-3610 dient dem An-

schluss eines Standard Kopfhörers mit 6,3 mm Klinken-

stecker und damit dem Vorhören der Musik bevor sie

gespielt wird. Sie können das gewünschte Signal und

seine Lautstärke regeln (siehe BEDIENELEMENTE)

holen Sie dies solange, bis Ihre Auswahl abgeschlossen

ist. Dann drücken Sie die PLAY-Taste, um die Wiedergabe

dieser Liste zu starten.

REPEAT: Einmaliges Drücken der Repeat-Taste wiederholt

den aktuellen Titel (1). Erneuter Druck aktiviert REPEAT

ALL, was alle Titel auf der CD wiederholt. Drücken Sie RE-

PEAT erneut, um die Funktion auszuschalten.

SINGLE: Mit Druck auf die SINGLE Taste wechseln Sie

in den SINGLE Modus, in welchem der Player einen Titel

spielt und dann stoppt. Mit erneutem Druck auf die Taste

aktivieren Sie den CONTINUE Modus, in welchem der

Player kontinuierlich die CD wiederholt (nach dem letzten

Song beginnt die Wiedergabe erneut beim ersten Song).

MIKROFON EINGANG: An die MIC Eingänge auf der

Rückseite und auf der Frontplatte des CDM-3610 kön-

nen Sie Mikrofone mit 6,3 mm Klinkenstecker oder XLR-

Anschlüssen anschließen. Sie können die Lautstärke der

Mikrofone (Gain) regeln. (siehe BEDIENELEMENTE)

BEDIENOBERFLÄCHE:

NETZSCHALTER: Wenn Sie alle Kabel verbunden haben

können Sie den CDM-3610 mit der POWER-Taste ein-

schalten. Erneutes Drücken des Schalters schaltet das

Gerät aus.

SINGLE: Mit Druck auf die SINGLE Taste wechseln Sie

in den SINGLE Modus, in welchem der Player einen Titel

spielt und dann stoppt. Mit erneutem Druck auf die Taste

aktivieren Sie den CONTINUE Modus, in welchem der

Player kontinuierlich die CD wiederholt (nach dem letzten

Song beginnt die Wiedergabe erneut beim ersten Song).

10 CD-SCHUBLADE: Im Laufwerk wird die CD während der

Wiedergabe gehalten. Es werden 12 cm und 8 cm CDs

unterstützt. (SCHLIESSEN SIE DIE SCHUBLADE NICHT

MIT GEWALT, SONST KÖNNEN SIE DIE MECHANIK DES

PLAYERS BESCHÄDIGEN, VERWENDEN SIE DIE OPEN/

CLOSE TASTE)

ZEITMODUSAUSWAHL: Mit der Taste TIME wechseln Sie

zwischen den 3 Zeitanzeigemodi ABGELAUFENE ZEIT

des Titels (elapsed), VERBLEIBENDE ZEIT auf der CD (to-

tal remain) und VERBLEIBENDE ZEIT des Titels (remain).

ABGELAUFENE ZEIT zeigt die Zeit an, die ab Beginn des

Titel verstrichen ist, VERBLEINENDE ZEIT der CD zeigt die

übrige Spielzeit auf der gesamten CD und VERBLEIBENDE

ZEIT des Titels zeigt die verbleibende Dauer des aktuellen

Titels an.

11 CD-AUSWURF TASTE: Drücken Sie die EJECT TASTE

um das Laufwerk zu öffnen. Im Wiedergabemodus müs-

sen Sie zunächst die Wiedergabe beenden.

JOG WHEEL: Im SUCHMODUS kann das JogWheel zur

Suche vorwärts oder rückwärts genutzt werden und zum

genauen Einstellen des CUE-Punktes im Pause-Modus.

Im PITCH BEND Modus übt das JogWheel dieselbe Funk-

tion aus wie die PITCH BEND Tasten und Sie können die

Wiedergabe kurz beschleunigen oder abbremsen.

PITCH: Halten Sie die Taste PITCH gedrückt, um den

PITCHFADER zu aktivieren oder deaktivieren. Kurzes

Drücken schaltet den Pitchbereich zwischen 4, 8 oder 16

% um.

JOG MODUS TASTE: Wenn die Anzeige JOG MODUS

leuchtet zeigt dies an, dass das Jog Wheel im SUCH MO-

DUS ist und wenn Sie nicht leuchtet, ist das Jog Wheel

im PITCH BEND Modus. Wenn die Taste blinkt ist das

Jog Wheel im SCRATCH-EFFEKT MODUS.

PITCHFADER: Bewegen Sie den PITCHFADER nach oben

oder unten, um die Wiedergabegeschwindigkeit um +/- 4,

8 oder 16 % (abhängig von Pitch-Einstellung) zu erhöhen

oder vermindern.

PITCH BEND: Drücken der PITCH BEND Tasten erhöht au-

tomatisch die Wiedergabegeschwindigkeit auf bis zu 16

% oder vermindert diese auf bis zu -16 %. Beim Loslassen

kehrt der Player zum alten Pitch zurück. Dies dient dazu,

DISPLAY: Das DISPLAY zeigt neben Titelnummer, Pitch-

wert, Pitchbend, Wiedergabemodus, Play/Pause, Loop/

Reloop, PGM und Repeat auch die Zeitanzeigeleiste

und die drei Zeitanzeigemodi an. Diese sind ABGE-

LAUFENE ZEIT, VERBLEIBENDE ZEIT des Titels und

VERBLEIBENDE ZEIT der CD. Die Zeit wird in Minuten,

Sekunden und Frames angezeigt.

LOOP SEKTION: Ein LOOP (Schleife) wiederholt den Ab-

schnitt zwischen einem Anfangspunkt (Loop IN) und

einem Endpunkt (Loop OUT).

PGM: Erlaubt, eigene Wiedergabelisten zu program-

mieren. Um eine Liste zu erstellen, halten Sie die Wie-

dergabe des Players an und drücken die PGM Taste. Mit-

tels Titelwahlschalter wählen Sie den ersten Titel für die

Wiedergabe und drücken die Taste PGM erneut. Nun ist

der CDM-3610 bereit für Ihre nächste Auswahl. Wieder-

C. Um die Wiedergabe der Schleife wieder aufzuneh-

men drücken Sie die Taste RELOOP.

REVERSE: Nach Drücken der Taste REVERSE wird der Ti-

tel ab der aktuellen Position sofort rückwärts abgespielt.

D. Wenn Sie die Schleife verlassen haben werden

die und OUT Taste weiterhin leuchten und zeigen an,

dass ein Loop gespeichert ist.

28 SUCHTASTEN: Die SUCHTASTEN dienen dazu, eine

bestimmte Stelle innnerhalb eines Titels mittels schneller

Suche zu ﬁnden.

E. Erneuter Druck auf die Loop IN Taste löscht die

alte Schleife und erstellt eine neue mit Setzen des

Anfangspunktes.

MIXER SEKTION:

F. Drücken Sie Loop OUT, um das Speichern eines

ganz neuen Loops zu beenden. Erneutes Drücken

verlässt die Wiedergabe der Schleife.

G. Ein Druck auf RELOOP während der normalen

Wiedergabe startet jederzeit die Wiedergabe der

Schleife ab dem Anfangspunkt. Wiederholtes Drück-

en der Taste RELOOP kann als Stottereffekt verwen-

det werden.

29 KANAL EINGANGSWAHLSCHALTER: Mit den KANAL EIN-

GANGSWAHLSCHALTERN legen Sie fest, welcher Ein-

gang dem jeweiligen Kanalfader zugewiesen werden soll.

EINGANGSWAHLSCHALTER #1 bietet Ihnen die Wahl, den

externen Eingang #1 oder CD-Player #1 auf der linken

Seite zu hören. Mit EINGANGSWAHLSCHALTER #2 wird

entsprechend Kanal #2 festgelegt.

ACHTUNG:BEIDERERSTENWIEDERGABEDERSCHLE-

IFE IST EINE KURZE PAUSE HÖRBAR, JEDE WIETERE

WIEDERHOLUNG DER SCHLEIFE IST NAHTLOS.

KANAL GAIN DREHREGLER: Mit dem GAIN DREHRE-

GLER stellen Sie die richtige Vorverstärkung eines Kanals

ein, abhängig davon, wie laut oder leise das anliegende

Signal ist.

PLAY/PAUSE: Jeder Druck auf diese Taste wechselt

zwischen dem Play und Pause Modus. Im Wiedergabe-

modus ist die Play-Taste beleuchtet, im Pause Modus

blinkt diese.

3-BAND EQUALIZER: Mit dem 3-BAND EQUALIZER kön-

nen Sie die Klangfarbe jedes KANALS in 3 Frequenzen

(BÄNDER) einstellen. Mit den entsprechenden Reglern

LOW (tiefe Frequenzen), MID (mittlere Frequenzen) und

HIGH (hohe Frequenzen) können Sie das jeweilige Fre-

quenzband unabhängig von den anderen anheben oder

absenken, bis Ihnen der Klang der Musik gefällt und opti-

mal für die jeweilige Hörumgebung ist.

24 CUE: Um einen CUE-Punkt zu setzen drücken Sie

während der Wiedergabe Play/Pause und stellen Sie

mit dem Jogwheel den CUE-Punkt an der gewünschten

Stelle ein. Erneutes Drücken der Play/Pause-Taste set-

zt den CUE-Punkt. Wenn der Player spielt und ein CUE

Punkt gespeichert ist, wird der Player mit Druck auf

CUE in den Pausemodus wechseln (PLAY/PAUSE TASTE

blinkt) und am deﬁnierten CUE Punkt auf Sie warten

(CUE LED leuchtet). Halten der CUE Taste bewirkt das

Vorhören des Titels ab dem CUE Punkt und erlaubt Ih-

nen, den CUE Punkt zu stuttern oder von dort die Wie-

dergabe zu starten. Lassen Sie die Taste los, um zum

CUE Punkt zurückzuspringen.

KANALLAUTSTÄRKE: Nachdem Sie mit dem EINGANG-

SWAHLSCHALTER den gewünschten Eingang festgelegt

haben, können Sie mit dem zugehörigen KANALFADER

die Lautstärke dieses Kanals einstellen.

CUE WAHLSCHALTER: Mit dem CUE SCHALTER legen Sie

fest, welchen Kanal Sie im Kopfhörer abhören. Steht der

CUE WAHLSCHALTER auf der linken Seite, hören Sie KA-

NAL (1), auf der rechten Seite KANAL (2).

TITELWAHLDREHSCHALTER: Der TITELWAHLDREH-

SCHALTER dient der Wahl eines Titels für die Wieder-

gabe. Mit Druck auf den Schalter laden Sie den gewün-

schten Titel.

34 CUE LAUTSTÄRKE REGLER: Mit dem CUE-Regler stellen

Sie die Lautstärke des KOPFHÖRER AUSGANGS ein.

ACHTUNG: WENN SIE ZU EINEM ANDEREN TITEL

WECHSELN STEHT DER EINGESTELLTE CUE PUNKT

NICHT MEHR ZUR VERFÜGUNG. SIE MÜSSEN DEN

CUE-PUNKT ERNEUT SETZEN. STANDARDMÄßIG WIRD

DER CUE-PUNKT AN DEN BEGINN DES AKTUELLEN TI-

TELS GESETZT.

MIKROFON LAUTSTÄRKE REGLER: Hier können Sie die

Lautstärke des Mikrofonsignals einstellen.

MASTER AUSGANG REGLER: Der MASTER Regler stellt

die Lautstärke des MASTER Ausgangs ein.

PEGELANZEIGE: Der CDM-3200 besitzt eine Stereo PEGE-

LANZEIGE , die den linken und rechten Pegel des Master-

Ausgangs anzeigt.

BRAKE: Um die BREMS-Funktion zu verwenden drücken

FADER START TASTE: Die FADER START Funktion er-

laubt das Starten der Wiedergabe einfach mit einer

CROSSFADER-Bewegung von einer zur anderen Seite.

A. Stellen Sie den CUE-Punkt auf dem zu startenden

Player ein, lassen Sie ihn im Pause-Modus

B. Schieben Sie den CROSSFADER ans andere Ende

des Mixers.

CDs sind schlecht aufgenommen worden und werden auf

den meisten CD-Playern springen. Bevor Sie den Staub.

Gehen Sie nicht davon aus, dass der CD-Player nicht funk-

tioniert. Einige CDs wurden nicht qualitativ hochwertig ve-

rarbeitet/ beschrieben und springen auf anderen Playern.

Bevor Sie eine Reparatur in Betracht ziehen testen Sie

CDs, wovon Sie wissen, dass diese einwandfrei sind.

C. Drücken Sie die Taste FADER START so dass die

Taste leuchtet.

D. In dem Augenblick, wenn Sie die CD an der

eingestellten Stelle starten möchten bewegen Sie

den CROSSFADER in Richtung CD-Players, wo der

CUE-Punkt eingestellt wurde und die Wiedergabe

startet sofort.

E. Wenn der CROSSFADER bis zum Anschlag wie-

der zurück bewegt wird, wird die Wiedergabe wieder

gestoppt und der Player kehrt zum gesetzten CUE-

Punkt zurück.

RETURN/REPAIR

All Gemini products are designed and manufactured to the highest

standards in the industry. With proper care and maintenance, your product will pro-

vide years of reliable service.

A. In the U.S.A., please call our helpful Customer Service Representatives at

(732)738-9003, and they will be happy to give you a Return Authorization Number

(RA#) and the address of an authorized service center closest to you.

B. After receiving an RA#, include a copy of the original sales receipt, with defec-

tive product and a description of the defect. Send by insured freight to: Gemini

Sound Products Corp, and use the address provided by your customer service repre-

sentative. Your RA# must be written on the outside of the package, or process-

ing will be delayed indefinitely!

C. Service covered under warranty will be paid for by Gemini and returned to you.

For non-warrantied products, Gemini will repair your unit after payment is received.

Repair charges do not include return freight. Freight charges will be added to the re-

pair charges.

LIMITED WARRANTY

A. Gemini warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workman-

ship for One (1) year from the original purchase date.

Exceptions: Laser assemblies on CD Players, cartridges, and crossfaders are

covered for 90 days.

B. This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse,

abnormal use, faulty installation, improper maintenance or any repairs other than

those provided by an authorized Gemini Service Center.

D. On warranty service, you pay for shipping to Gemini, we pay for return ship-

ping within the Continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada,

Bahamas, and the Virgin Islands will be charged for freight.

C. There are no obligations of liability on the part of Gemini for consequential dam-

ages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or

other indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenues, of profit, or costs

of removal, installation, or reinstallation. All implied warranties for Gemini, including
