To use the timer in a count up  
state, press the ST/STP button to  
start from zero. Press the ST/STP  
button to stop. Press RESET  
button to reset to zero.  
CARE AND MAINTENANCE  
EL/SET button for two seconds to  
enter into the ALARM setting  
mode. First minutes will be set  
and flashing.  
1. Back case cover should only be  
removed by an authorized watch  
repair specialist.  
2. Always rinse your watch in  
fresh water after immersion in salt  
or chlorinated water.  
3. Do not expose watch or band to  
chemicals such as gasoline,  
aerosol sprays, paint or solvents.  
4. Periodically clean with a soft  
cloth and fresh water.  
To set the timer to countdown,  
press and hold EL/SET button for  
two seconds to enter the Timer  
Setting Mode . Seconds will be  
set and flashing.

original purchaser, that its  
watches are free from defects in  
materials and workmanship for a  
period of ten (10) years under  
normal use. The warranty  
excludes batteries, crystal, watch  
case plating, and strap/ bracelet/  
band. The warranty excludes  
normal wear and tear and abuse.  
Press MODE button to change to  
the next item, setting sequence  
will be a cycle by minute, hour,  
month and date. Be sure that  
schedule alarm is off by deleting  
the month and date:

Once desired time has been set  
press the EL/SET button to exit  
the Timer Setting Mode or press  
the ST/STP button to begin the  
countdown timer.

are designed and engineered to  
be highly water-resistant, and to  
withstand the most active of  
lifestyles. The most important  
component in keeping your watch  
water-resistant is the case back  
O-ring, which prevents water from  
entering the watch through the  
case back.

Water leakage most often occurs  
after improper battery  
replacement. We strongly  
recommend having a certified  
jeweler, watch repair technician or  
FreeStyle's service center replace  
your battery. Water leakage due  
to improper battery replacement is  
not covered under warranty.

To set the schedule alarm, simply  
follow the same steps as setting  
daily alarm but set the desired  
date to have the alarm sound off.  
NOTE: Blue digits represent  
flashing segments.  
HOW TO SET TIME, DATE AND  
24-HOUR FORMAT  
Should your Freestyle® watch  
require warranty service, send it  
along with the following:  
From TIME mode: press and hold  
the EL/SET button for  
approximately two seconds; the  
seconds digits will flash.  
1. A copy of your sales receipt  
2. Your printed name and address  
3. Your telephone number  
4. A brief description of the  
problem  
5. If your watch was purchased  
within the last year, there is no  
charge for processing and  
handling; if your watch was  
purchased more than 12  
months ago, please include  
$8.00 for processing and  
handling, using one of the  
following payment methods:  
To measure elapsed time, press  
the ST/STP button to start the  
counter. Press the ST/STP button  
to stop the counter.  
Pressing the ST/SP button resets  
the seconds to zero. Press MODE  
button to change to the next item.  
The setting sequence will be a  
cycle by seconds, hours, month,  
date and day of week. Pressing  
the ST/SP button to adjust the  
flashing digits. After the time and  
date have been set, press the  
EL/SET button to return to normal  
TIME mode.  
To view split times, press the  
RESET button while the counter is  
running. Press the RESET button  
again to resume the counter.  
The vibration and sound alarms  
will operate together for 30  
seconds, and can be stopped by  
pressing any key.  
To turn on the alarm, press the  
RESET button until the “S” symbol  
shows. Alarm may also be turned  
on and off under normal TIME  
mode.

To reset the chronograph, press  
the RESET button when the  
counter is stopped.
