I. HOW PRESSURE COOKER WORKS
( fi g u r a a l a d e r e c h a )
In the process of heating, the cooker is sealed by a rubber ring,
pressure in the cooker is increasing gradually, and boiling point of
water is increasing accordingly. When pressure in the cooker ex-
ceeds the specified limit, the pressure -limiting valve is pushing up,
allowing steam to escape from the exhaust pipe keeping tempera-

steam automatically for safety assurance. To ensure safe operation
once cover is properly closed it will lock in this position when pres-

erly, cooking can be started with heat. It
is normal for some steam to escape from
exhaust pipe. Later in the cooking process
the indicating valve rod will rise up and
remain in the up position, so steam can
escapes from the exhaust pipe with loud
noise, at this point you can reduce heat till
cooking completed.

passage of steam through the pressure limiting valve, the blockade
guard on the cover should be washed after
each cooking. First turn the blockade guard
counterclockwise to the angle of 60°, take it
out and wash it. Then put it back after clean-
ing and turn it clockwise for its installation
